Returns & Exchanges

At Rituel de Fille, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation as the shipment travels to our studio.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
